Zaxbys Just Brought Back the Menu Item Fans Rate a ’12/10′

When it comes to fast food trends as of late, it’s no secret that chicken tenders have dominated the drive-thru. Not only did McDonald’s bring back the highly anticipated Snack Wrap this summer, the Golden Arches also upgraded the nostalgic favorite with the release of a brand-new golden BBQ sauce and menu to match. Taco Bell also understood the assignment and expanded its chicken tender offerings to include a chicken burrito and taco. And Sonic surprised us all with a collection of crispy chicken wraps that are so delicious, they won our fast food snack wrap taste test.

But this chicken competition is far from over. Zaxbys is back on the scene with two returning favorites and a brand-new flavor to boot.

Zaxbys Chicken Finger Tacos Are Back With a New Flavor

Last year, the chicken chain debuted its own version of a snack wrap: Chicken Finger Tacos. The iteration became an instant classic, with fans on TikTok giving it a 12/10 and claiming the item “will change your life.” Available in two flavors, Chipotle Ranch with Pico Tacos and Avocado Ranch BLT Tacos, the sensational item was only around for a limited time.

But now the beloved tacos are officially back for round two—and that’s not all. Zaxbys isn’t just bringing back Chipotle Ranch with Pico Tacos and Avocado Ranch BLT Tacos, but it’s also debuting a saucy new addition.

Say hello to the Buffalo Blue Tacos. Zaxbys’ new chicken taco flavor features a hand-breaded chicken tender in a warm flour tortilla topped with Zaxbys Pico de Gallo, blue cheese crumbles, and shredded iceberg lettuce, all drizzled with both Zaxbys Buffalo Garlic Blaze sauce and ranch dressing.

Zaxbys Chicken Finger Tacos—including the new Buffalo Blue Tacos—will be available at locations nationwide for a limited time starting Monday, Sep. 8. Fans can enjoy their favorite taco flavor à la carte, or make it a combo with a Taco Three Pack and a drink.
