Kraft Debuts Epic Black Friday Mac and Cheese Deal 

Before Cyber Monday ever existed, there was Black Friday. Black Friday is a once-a-year occasion when brands offer some seriously mind-blowing deals. The day after Thanksgiving transforms into an annual pilgrimage for families across the country. From stocking up on Christmas gifts to snagging deals not available any other time of year, Black Friday is synonymous with big-ticket purchases at discounted prices.

While Friday, Nov. 27, may commonly be known as Black Friday, this year Kraft is turning it into “Mac Friday” with a first-of-its-kind promotion celebrating the brand’s signature product: the blue box dinner. A nod to Black Friday’s most iconic deal—the flat-screen TV—Kraft is offering a flat-screen TV-sized package filled with boxes of Kraft Mac & Cheese Dinner.

The package includes 65 blue boxes of mac and cheese and sells for $19.37 to celebrate the year Kraft Mac & Cheese was created. A breakdown of that price means you’re paying less than 30 cents per box. To put that into perspective, a single box at Walmart typically costs $1.24. There’s no deal quite like this—and it’s only available at Walmart while supplies last.

“Mac Friday” marks the kickoff of Kraft’s newest campaign celebrating the dinner staple. Deemed ‘Best Thing Ever,’ the campaign pays homage to the brand and the role it has played in Americans’ lives for nearly 90 years. The name celebrates the idea that “no matter where you are or what you compare it to, nothing is better than a delicious bowl of Kraft Mac & Cheese,” according to the brand. 

“We wanted to lean into our cultural status and create a platform that not only reinforces our brand promise of deliciousness, ease, and affordability, but also makes our fans feel seen,” said Cheryl Barbee, communications director of Kraft Mac & Cheese at The Kraft Heinz Company, in a press release. “The inaugural creative is just the beginning of Best Thing Ever, and we’re excited to share how we will deliver on this platform in new ways in 2026 and beyond.”

Like a cheap flat-screen TV, this deal is sure to sell out fast. So if you’re ready to brave the aisles of Walmart this Black Friday, make sure to pay a visit to the pasta aisle. You’ll want to grab this deal to enjoy mac and cheese all winter long.
