This Iconic Candy Bar Is Returning After Nearly 20 Years

We’re not sure what’s in the air with the candy brands, but they are showing up and showing out for Halloween this year. Hershey’s debuted new Reese’s Mini Pumpkins Unwrapped and Kit Kat Counts, plus a partnership with Halloween’s favorite, Charlie Brown. Mars Wrigley released a new seasonal Snickers Pumpkin shape. Ferrero gave us a new crispy, crunchy Butterfinger Marshmallow that fans are raving about. And with a little over a month to go before the big candy day, these sweet releases aren’t over yet.

Ferrero has another trick up its treat-filled sleeve. The brand is releasing a new version of its fan-favorite Crunch candy bar for a limited time. A new Crunch White candy is hitting shelves now. 

New Crunch White Chocolate Bar Is Hitting Shelves

Crunch White was originally announced at the 2025 Sweets & Snacks Expo, alongside Ferrero creations such as Nutella Peanut and Tic Tac Dr Pepper. Now, the day for the white chocolate Crunch bar has finally arrived. 

The new Crunch White candy bar is made with white chocolate and the same crunchy, crisped rice pieces you know from the original. 

Fans may recall that the Crunch brand once offered a white chocolate version of its beloved candy bar back when Nestlé owned the company. However, the Crunch White candy was discontinued long before Nestlé sold the brand to Ferrero in 2018. 

In fact, a white chocolate Crunch bar hasn’t been seen in nearly 20 years. So fans are, naturally, extremely excited about its return. 

“I’ve been waiting 20 years for this. When I see it, I’m stocking up,” one Instagram fan said in a comment on snacking influencer @snachwithzach’s video about trying the new candy.

“That’s pretty good,” @snachwithzach says in the video. “It is undoubtedly sweet. This is by far one of the sweetest pieces of white chocolate I’ve ever had, but the puffed rice is just so good.”

The snack insider added that the new Crunch White candy is perfect for those who are bigger fans of vanilla flavors, rather than chocolate. 

Crunch White is rolling out to retailers nationwide now, where it will be available for the Halloween season—as well as through the rest of the year. Crunch says the white chocolate candy will be sold through December, in both a 2.7-ounce “share pack” as well as 1.55-ounce individually-wrapped bars perfect for trick-or-treaters or stocking stuffers. 

So, whether you’ve been waiting nearly two decades for this return, or are a new Crunch White lover, you’d better stock up before the crunchy white chocolate bar is gone again.
