Shoppers Call This $1.25 Dollar Tree Find Their ‘Favorite New Soda of the Year’

While I’ll forever miss when Dollar Tree’s products were actually $1, I am constantly impressed by the store’s new offerings. If you haven’t shopped at the dollar store lately, you might be surprised to see that its aisles are overflowing with more great finds than ever before, from crave-worthy snacks to drinkware copycats that look like they’re from a high-end brand.

I love to browse the store’s affordable pantry staples, storage containers, and its unique food and drink options. This summer, fans spotted an iconic candy-flavored soda on shelves for just $1.25, which other retailers sold for more than twice the price.

Now, there’s a new candy-flavored soda option at Dollar Tree that will evoke childhood nostalgia with just one sip.

New Airheads Soda Spotted at Dollar Tree

Ever wanted to experience the sweet and tangy flavor of Airheads, but as a fun, fizzy drink? Dollar Tree has you covered. You’ll find new Airheads Soda in the beverage aisle for just $1.25.

Fans can choose between two soda flavors: Watermelon or Blue Raspberry. However, Dollar Tree’s weekly ad indicates these might not be available at all locations. It’s not clear if other Airheads Soda flavors, such as Strawberry and Orange, will make an appearance in the beverage aisle, but we can always hope.

On Instagram, fans are thrilled to see the taffy-flavored soda in stores. “Blue Raspberry and Watermelon are gonna be [fire],” said one person. “I’m surprised that they didn’t make these sooner,” wrote another.

One fan, who snagged both flavors from Dollar Tree, said they would choose it over Mountain Dew. “This is un-ironically my favorite new soda of the year,” they added.

A few were disappointed the brand chose not to include one of the candy’s most infamous flavors in the lineup. “I wish there was a Mystery,” someone mused. “White Mystery or nothing,” added another. We don’t know for sure what flavor White Mystery Airheads truly are, but internet sleuths have guessed that it’s a combination of leftover flavors.

Like other unique finds, we don’t know how long Airheads Soda will be on the shelves at Dollar Tree. So, be sure to keep a lookout for it at you local stores, as well as specialty candy shops where you might expect to see similar products.
