Sam’s Club Has a New Drive-Thru Copycat and Fans Say It’s a ’10 Out of 10, No Question’

It’s no secret that we love our wholesale grocery store chains. These warehouses boast an endless supply of great deals, from Costco’s exclusive kitchen appliances to the BJ’s deli counter to Sam’s Club’s impressive selection of bakery goodies and frozen foods.

Sam’s Club in particular has been making a great impression this fall, offering tasty finds under its signature private label: Member’s Mark. Freshly made sushi and a ready-to-bake chicken pot pie are just a few of the beloved products available from Member’s Mark, and that barely scratches the surface.

The latest Member’s Mark item to dazzle shoppers is a frozen product that brings the drive-thru to your kitchen.

Sam’s Club Introduces Member’s Mark Seasoned French Fries

If you’re a fan of perfectly crisp french fries, this new find will be right up your alley. Member’s Mark Seasoned French Fries aren’t your average frozen potatoes. They are coated with a savory batter that is seasoned with a blend of spices, including garlic powder, onion powder, and more.

The spice-infused batter allows the fries to get ultra-crispy when fried (or baked)—more so than traditional fries made without a batter. And the inside of the fries remains perfectly tender and fluffy, offering a great balance of flavor and texture.

Sound familiar? It’s the same approach Checkers & Rally’s uses for its signature fries, which won second place in our fast food fries taste test. And Sam’s Club shoppers have picked up on the copycat vibes, too.

Sam’s Club shopper @samsclubfoodreview cooked up a batch of the fries and gave them a try in a recent Instagram post, sharing, “I’m giving these a 10 out of 10, no question.”

“These are like a Checkers fries dupe, and they are so good,” someone said in the comments. Sounds like we’ll be skipping the drive-thru in favor of this affordable alternative.
