Papa Johns Just Launched Its Biggest Pizza Yet

No matter how well you plan your meals, sometimes you just have to scrap it and order a pizza. It could be that you opened a package of meat and realized it was past its prime, oversalted the food beyond saving, or maybe you just don’t feel like cooking. 

Luckily, a warm, cheesy slice is only a click away. Even better, our favorite pizza chains are constantly adding new menu items that keep our orders exciting. Recently, Papa Johns expanded its lineup with the Papa Dippa, a pizza and cheese bread mash-up that includes three all-new dipping sauces. 

Now, the chain is launching its biggest menu item ever, plus an all-new dessert that’s perfect for fall.

Papa Johns Introduces The Grand Papa 

In 2020, Papa Johns launched the Shaq-a-Roni Pizza. At the time, the 16-inch pie was the chain’s largest menu item, offering 25 percent more toppings than a traditional large one-topping pizza. The limited-edition Shaq collaboration graced menus occasionally throughout the year, but it wasn’t until this summer that the shop finally made it a permanent fixture. 

Starting Nov. 3, the Shaq-a-Roni is officially being dethroned as Papa Johns debuts its largest pizza ever: The Grand Papa. 

Fit for a party, the new pie features eight oversized slices of soft, chewy crust piled high with premium ingredients. Each is topped with a three-cheese blend, Papa Johns’ signature Italian seasoning, and slices of deli-style pepperoni. Fans can snag The Grand Papa for just $14.99, making it the perfect choice for a hungry crowd. 

But extra-large pizzas aren’t the only fresh menu items the restaurant has been cooking up. The chain is also launching an all-new dessert. Guests can now get Salted Caramel Blondies for just $6.99 when ordered through the Papa Pairings value menu. For those unfamiliar, blondies are similar to brownies; however, they don’t contain cocoa powder. Instead, they’re often buttery and golden, like a cookie bar with no chocolate morsels. The new Salted Caramel Blondies are made with brown sugar, salted caramel chips, and a sea salt garnish.
