Nerds Just Released an Even Better Version of My All-Time Favorite Candy

New candy releases are practically a dime a dozen nowadays—and, because of that, it can take a lot to get customers (including myself) excited about a new product. Sure, the diehard fans will always grab the latest Kit Kat or M&M, but getting customers to drop everything and run to the store to try a new product is the true feat. 

This year, I’ve been compelled to stock up on quite a few new candies, from the Reese’s Unwrapped Mini Pumpkins to Godiva’s new Masterpiece collection. However, there’s one candy that’s been on my radar for months—and it’s finally hitting shelves. 

Nerds is releasing a new version of its fan-favorite Nerds Gummy Clusters—and, somehow, they’ve managed to make what Jason Kelce has called the “best candy, hands down,” even better. Nerds is debuting new Juicy Gummy Clusters.

Nerds Launches New Juicy Gummy Clusters

Nerds first announced its new Juicy Gummy Clusters, which are twice the size of the original Gummy Clusters and filled with a juicy center, at the 2025 Sweets & Snacks Expo. The new candy won the 2025 Most Innovative New Product Award in the Gummy Candy category, and was easily the most sought-after item at the expo.

The brand is calling this launch the “most anticipated innovation” since Nerds Gummy Clusters hit shelves in 2020. The new Strawberry Punch Nerds Juicy Gummy Clusters feature a crunchy exterior of Nerds candy surrounding a strawberry punch-flavored gummy core that’s filled with a new fruity, juicy center. 

Nerds’ mega-sized Gummy Clusters offer a new multi-sensory experience that expands upon the fan-loved candy. 

The new Nerds Juicy Gummy Clusters are hitting shelves now at select retailers, with more nationwide store and sizing availability coming soon—and they’ll be joined by the returning Berry Punch Rush Nerds Gummy Clusters and a new Cherry Lemonade Blitz Nerds Gummy Clusters flavor. While the Juicy Gummy Clusters are joining the permanent portfolio, the Nerds Gummy Clusters flavors are only hitting shelves for a limited time.

Fans are already eager to try the new Juicy Gummy Clusters.

I’d have to agree. I’m not sure how Nerds has one-upped itself with the new Juicy Gummy Clusters, but from the size to the extra-gummy, juicy center, my favorite candy just got even better. So, I’ll also take 900 more bags.
