There is one sure-fire way to know that it’s the start of the holiday season—and, shockingly, it’s not at the grocery store. Holiday candy seems to replace Halloween candy earlier and earlier each year, so walking into a Walmart in September can already feel like a winter wonderland. Whereas, the holiday commercials usually hold off until Nov. 1—when many fast food holiday menus launch and diehard Christmas fans put up their trees.Â
Only a few brands have commercials synonymous with the holiday season—and Hershey’s is one of them. So, the moment we see that iconic ad with the Hershey’s Kisses tolling like bells to “We Wish You a Merry Christmas,” we know the festive season has truly begun.
If you haven’t seen the Hershey’s Kisses Christmas Bells commercial yet, now is the time because the candy brand is officially ready to ring in the holidays with a new line of candy. Hershey’s is adding a brand-new holiday flavor to its Kisses lineup this year.
Hershey’s New Snickerdoodle Cookie Flavored Kisses Available Now
Allrecipes / Hershey’s
Hershey’s is releasing all-new Snickerdoodle Cookie Flavored Kisses. The Kisses combine the warm, cinnamon-sugar flavors of the classic holiday snickerdoodle cookie with the candy you know and love. Each Hershey’s Kiss is packed with flavorful crunchy cookie pieces encased in snickerdoodle-flavored white creme.Â
If we had to guess, we’d say the new Kisses flavor is similar to the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Kisses that Hershey’s launched earlier this year—just with cookie pieces instead of graham-flavored bits.Â
The new Snickerdoodle Kisses are joining the rest of the limited-edition Kisses lineup, which includes Cherry Cordial, Mint Truffle, Candy Cane, Sugar Cookie, and Hot Cocoa—as well as those signature seasonal foil wrappers.
Hershey’s Snickerdoodle Cookie Flavored Kisses will be sold in both 6.5- and nine-ounce bags at retailers nationwide for a limited time through the holiday season. Kisses fans have already begun spotting the new flavor on shelves, but if your grocery store doesn’t have them yet, don’t worry, they’ll be stocked soon.Â
As we’re entering the holiday cookie season, we’re already planning on whipping up a batch of Snickerdoodle Kisses Blossoms (a snickerdoodle cookie adorned with a Snickerdoodle Hershey’s Kiss) to go with our peanut butter blossoms this year. Talk about cookie-inception!
