BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse Launches New Ghirardelli Dubai Chocolate Pizookie

Ghirardelli is no stranger to decadent, tasty chocolates. Earlier this fall, the brand released a sundae inspired by Dubai chocolate, available at select ice cream shops nationwide. Now, the viral candy comes to life again, in a totally different form: a pizookie found at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse.

The new Dubai Chocolate Pizookie takes your classic skillet cookie to a whole new level. The dessert starts with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie, made with chunks of Ghirardelli’s milk chocolate. Scoops of vanilla bean ice cream add a creamy, cooling element, along with a hard chocolate shell you can crack with your spoon. 

The dish is drizzled with a generous amount of pistachio cream and garnished with crispy, toasted kataifi (shredded phyllo dough). Rich, creamy, and indulgent, this warming pizookie is everything a Dubai chocolate fan could dream of. 

The limited-edition pizookie is now available on the seasonal menu at BJ’s Restaurants, along with the returning favorite Monkey Bread Pizookie. Diners can also double down on the Dubai chocolate vibes by trying the new seasonal Dubai Chocolate Espresso Martini, which combines vodka, pistachio syrup, and espresso, with pistachio sauce, chocolate fudge, and kataifi.

According to one fan who’s already tried the Dubai Chocolate Pizookie, they loved it so much they planned to return the next day for another.
