Thanksgiving may still be weeks away, but from store displays to home decor, it’s evident there are plenty of people out there who already feel the winter holidays in the air. Grocery stores are getting in on the fun, too. Twix just launched an all-new Snowman candy, while NestlĂ© Toll House debuted a ready-to-bake cookie dough inspired by peppermint hot cocoa. Now, a fan-favorite Christmas-y cereal is coming back to stores for a limited time. If a box full of crispy red and green flakes and “snowball” marshmallows sounds like the perfect festive breakfast to you, we’ve got great news.
Fruity Pebbles WinterFest Is Back
Cereal lovers who prefer a bit of yabba-dabba-doo in their morning (or snack) routine will be thrilled to learn that Fruity Pebbles is bringing back a holiday favorite. Straight from the town of Bedrock, WinterFest Fruity Pebbles are hitting grocery store aisles beginning on Nov. 3.
The limited-time offering is a holiday spin on classic Fruity Pebbles: red and green rice flakes with marshmallow “snowballs.” Despite their color, the cereal flakes pack plenty of fruity flavor—the same taste and texture as regular Fruity Pebbles—with fluffy marshmallows that add a touch of sweetness to every spoonful.

Since the flavor profile of this cereal is the same as regular Fruity Pebbles, it’s a great option for turning recipes like Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake into a festive holiday dessert. You could also use this eye-catching, red-and-green cereal for traditional rice cereal-based treats, such as Funfetti Rice Krispies Treats, a perfect item to take along to a holiday potluck. They’d also be adorable additions to this Christmas Rice Krispies Trees recipe, a fun item to take to a cookie swap.
WinterFest Fruity Pebbles first hit store shelves last year and was sold in both 10-ounce and 18.5-ounce boxes. The seasonal flavor became an instant favorite.
“Awesome cereal,” shared one reviewer. “My daughter loves it so much for the Christmas season that I found [it] online…and bought four more boxes to have.”
Another person called it the “perfect sweet treat,” adding that it’s become “a new fave for my kids, these are great!”
Over on Reddit, one fan admitted they “ate a whole box in one sitting,” then went on to give it a 10/10 rating.
WinterFest Fruity Pebbles are sure to be a hit again this year, so it’s a good idea to stock up on them if you spot them at your grocery store or online at retailers like Amazon Fresh. After all, there’s nothing like pouring a sweet bowl of cereal that will make you say “yabba-dabba-doo” and “ho-ho-ho” at the same time.
