Fall is finally here, and with temperatures dropping, it’s the perfect time to enjoy a seasonal treat. Pumpkin spice fans are already indulging in baked goods such as Pillsbury’s cinnamon rolls and mini sheet cakes from Trader Joe’s. Others are trying fall-inspired ice cream, such as the new pecan pie flavor from Blue Bell and the pumpkin-cheesecake scoop at Baskin-Robbins.

A slightly underrated fall flavor that I absolutely love? Apple. From apple-picking trips with my friends to baking my great-grandma’s famed apple pie recipe, I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ll always pick an apple over a pumpkin.

And luckily for me, Costco’s latest bakery find is turning my favorite fall fruit into a cozy pastry.

Costco’s New Kirkland Signature Caramel Apple Strudel Bites

Allrecipes / Costco

If you’re a fan of Costco’s apple pie, you’ll want to add this new item to your cart on your next shopping trip. Kirkland Signature Caramel Apple Strudel Bites feature a similar apple filling in a convenient, handheld pastry.

Each strudel is also filled with velvety caramel, offering a tasty spin on the classic caramel apple confection. The buttery and flaky pastry is finished off with a dusting of crystal sugar, adding a bit of texture to the treat. With a balance of tartness and sweetness, the seasonal dessert sounds like a dream come true.

Costco shoppers took to Reddit to share their thoughts on the new bakery find, and the reviews are overwhelmingly positive. One Redditor shared that shoppers should proceed with caution due to how delicious these strudel pastries are. Another Redditor shared, “I polished mine off the other day and I’ve been nonstop thinking about when I can make it back to Costco for more.”

Other Costco shoppers recommended heating the pastries and serving them Ă  la mode. “Warm one up for 15 seconds with a scoop of Kirkland Vanilla Ice Cream,” said a fan. “Whatever you do, you must try these!”

The new Kirkland Signature Caramel Apple Strudel Bites are sold by the dozen for around $10. The new find is now available in the bakery section, so make sure to grab a pack to sample this fall. I know I’ll certainly be headed over ASAP to snag a pack (or two)!
