While autumn officially just started, we’ve been celebrating the season—in our kitchens at least—for a few weeks now. From coffee creamers, ice creams, and desserts to seasoning blends and boxed mixes, our favorite brands are releasing new products to enjoy fall’s best flavors. 

At the heart of autumn is the real MVP: soup. While we enjoy soup throughout the winter as well, there’s something so special about the first homemade soups of fall, when the weather finally cools and we reach for hearty, comforting, and cozy dishes. And while we love a store-bought soup—like these Aldi soups I’m stocking up on—we also love to throw together a delicious soup in the slow cooker or Dutch oven. 

Two new Campbell’s Company products were just released in time for soup season, and they’re about to make fall meals even easier. We can’t wait to add these new items to our favorite ramen bowls, stews, bisques, and more. 

Campbell’s Company Introduces New Swanson and Pacific Foods Broths

Campbell’s Company announced the release of two new items from its suite of brands: Swanson’s Ramen Broth and Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Bone Broth With Ginger, Turmeric, and Black Pepper.

The new Ramen Broth is a great foundation for any bowl of ramen, soup, or stew. But it’s also a perfect way to add flavor to your pasta, rice, or grain dishes. Basically, if you serve it or boil it in water, this broth is going to upgrade your meal. 

According to a recent press release from Campbell’s, this broth is made with real chicken stock and infused with garlic, ginger, and soy, and delivers an “authentic umami flavor that’s perfect for upgrading everyday meals, experimenting with new dishes, or simply enjoying a comforting bowl of ramen at home.” Campbell’s noted that this broth does not feature any added MSG. 

“Very good, [I] used it to make ramen soup, delicious,” shared one Amazon shopper. 

Another Campbell’s Company brand, Pacific Foods, released a new chicken bone broth that has ginger, turmeric, and black pepper throughout and is made from “USDA Organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free ingredients.”

This broth would make a great base for cold-busting chicken noodle soups, carrot and ginger soups, chicken stews, and so much more. Bone broth is also great for sipping warm by itself. And with the addition of ginger, turmeric, and black pepper, it may just taste better than your morning cup of joe.
