Shake until very cold and frothy, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass.Ā

Grate nutmeg over martini and garnish with espresso beans, banana chips, or skewered banana bread cubes. Serve immediately.

Make Ahead
Banana Simple Syrup: Peel and cut 2 bananas into 1-inch pieces. Combine 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup tap water, 1 (3 inch) cinnamon stick, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and bananas in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat.Ā
Reduce to a simmer over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Strain into a heatproof glass or bowl. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
