1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add sausage; cook, stirring often, until brown in spots, about 6 minutes. Drain and discard fat, if desired.

  2. Stir in onions, bell pepper, and jalapeño; cook, stirring often, until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. Whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire, soup and dip mix, Cajun seasoning, and vinegar in a large bowl until smooth.

  4. Add beans, turnip greens, and sausage mixture; stir to combine. Transfer to prepared baking dish

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, 50 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
