They’re one of the most dependable—and underrated—desserts you can get from the drive-thru. “I’ve never had an issue with an Arby’s shake,” one fan on Instagram confirmed.

Now, Arby’s shake lineup is getting a seasonal twist—a tempting new flavor you won’t find on any other fast food menu right now.

Arby’s New Apple Pie Shake

Arby’s has officially launched a brand-new treat for fall: the Apple Pie Shake.

We know, plenty of fast food chains are getting their seasonal shakes on—from Dairy Queen’s Peppermint Bark Blizzard to Zaxby’s Cookie Butter Shake—but no one’s leaning into autumn flavors quite like Arby’s. For those of us who live for Thanksgiving flavors, we’re grateful the holiday wasn’t overlooked. 

The new shake is part of Arby’s Thanksgiving menu, an annual tradition that first began in 2017 and has returned almost every year since. In the past, the spotlight has gone to the sandwiches—especially the Deep Fried Turkey Gobbler and the Deep Fried Turkey Club—but this year, turkey is taking a back seat to a new holiday headliner.

The Apple Pie Shake blends the taste of baked green apples with warming spices, topped with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. And apparently, it tastes just as apple pie-adjacent as you’d hope.

“This one is absolutely spot on,” one early reviewer raved. “You could taste the caramelized apple, a dash of cinnamon, and I can even taste a little bit of that buttery pie crust as well. Easily a 10.”

Fans are already eager to get a sip. “I’m trying that apple pie shake,” one commenter wrote. Another went even further, saying: “I need that apple pie shake like I need air.”

Looks like Arby’s has done it again, adding another shake success to its résumé. But fair warning: it’s only available for a limited time, so be sure to hit the drive-thru before it’s gone.
