Melt-in-Your-Mouth Slow Cooker Chicken

Allrecipes / Qi Ai

Your whole family is sure to love this creamy, dreamy chicken pasta dinner. The hands-off sauce comes together in the slow cooker, so all you have to do is worry about boiling the spaghetti noodles and dinner is served.

“I doubled the recipe while camping for the weekend,” shared one happy reviewer. “I was able to assemble the items in the crock pot in the morning, enjoy the family that was visiting for the day, and it took another 5 minutes to pull the chicken apart. The longest time was boiling of the water and noodles! EVERYONE loved the meal. Our son took a doggie bag home for a late night meal and texted me that this was one of the best meals I made and to put it on the ‘make again’ list!”

This recipe is a weeknight hero. In less than a half hour, you’re going to have a delicious, balanced meal in less time than it takes to get takeout delivered. Slather your broccoli in this delicious sauce, and you’re sure to persuade even the pickiest eaters to enjoy their veggies.

“This was absolutely delicious!,” shared an Allrecipes member. “Not too salty and just the right amount of sweet! It’s a keeper or as we say in my house, it’s a do-over!”

German Chicken

This easy three-ingredient dinner comes together in no time. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are oven-roasted over a bed of sauerkraut, smothered in your favorite barbecue sauce. Allrecipes member Lisa McKelvey, who shared the recipe, suggests serving it over mashed potatoes.

“Stupendously easy,” shared an Allrecipes reviewer. “It sounded like an odd flavor combo, but it was really good.”

Soda fans, this dessert is for you. Made with a Dr. Pepper batter and glaze, this is a great spin on a classic chocolate sheet cake. Save this recipe for your next celebration!

“Very moist and tasty!,” said one reviewer. “My south-Texas husband was craving his grandmother’s Dr. Pepper sheet cake for his birthday and he really loved this recipe. He’s already asking if we can make it again. The only changes I made is that I used another cup of room temp Dr Pepper instead of the boiling water and doubled the glaze recipe out of preference.”

Loaded Chicken and Hash Brown Casserole

This family-friendly casserole is a mix of funeral potatoes and a ranch-style loaded baked potato—a delicious combination the whole family is sure to love. Plus, it takes only 15 minutes of prep, and spends the rest of the time in the oven getting hot and bubbly.

“Another winning recipe,” said Allrecipes Allstar Christina. “This was great as a full meal, but I’m thinking next time I may omit the chicken for a nice side dish. Hubby literally got 3rd’s of this, so I will definitely be making this one again!”
