Every month, Baskin-Robbins features a new crave-worthy flavor. Some varieties are returning classics, and others are new creations inspired by holidays and fan-loved combinations. Last month, Baskin-Robbins launched a Little Debbie-inspired ice cream that was truly out of this world. Now, the chain is dropping a new collection inspired by one of the internet’s most raved-about confections—but it’s only available for a limited time.

Pistachio Chocolate Bar Ice Cream Is Baskin-Robbins’ November Featured Flavor

Pistachio Chocolate Bar Ice Cream is Baskin-Robbins’ newest Flavor of the Month. Starting Nov. 1, guests can order the special in cups, cones, and custom treats. The viral candy-inspired creation is made with a mix of pistachio and chocolate-flavored ice cream, crunchy pistachio pieces, and chocolate crunch swirls.

Baskin-Robbins is also expanding its offerings with two new crafted menu items. The Dubai Chocolate Bar Shake is made with scoops of the featured ice cream, blended with milk and simple syrup. Each cup is topped with whipped cream, pistachio cream, and a sprinkle of crispy kadayif. Alternatively, you can order the Dubai Chocolate Bar Sundae, which has two mounds of the new flavor topped with rich pistachio cream, fudge, and a generous kadayif garnish.

In addition, Baskin-Robbins’ Turkey Cake is back and ready to impress at any celebration. The cake is made with your choice of ice cream and shaped to look just like the golden holiday centerpiece. The dessert bird includes sugar cone drumsticks and a caramel praline glaze.
