It may still be pumpkin spice season, but many fast food restaurants and national chains have already begun to lean into the holiday season. Cracker Barrel recently announced its 2025 Holiday Menu, which includes a Cinnamon Swirl French Toast and Holiday Peeps Hot Chocolate, while Popeye’s is bringing back its specialty Cajun-Style Turkey in time for Thanksgiving. And while I’m already eager for the return of peppermint milkshakes at Chick-fil-A, one beloved Southern chain is stepping up to the plate with the return of two holiday faves and a brand-new menu item to amp up the foodie festivities during the holidays.

Hardee’s Cinnamon ‘N’ Raisin Biscuits Are Back

After a 21-year hiatus, one of Hardee’s most beloved menu items made its triumphant comeback in 2024, and now, Hardee’s Cinnamon ‘N’ Raisin Biscuits are coming back again for the holiday season. Luckily, fans don’t have to wait another two decades to get their hands on the sweet breakfast treat that was a holiday staple in the 1990s and early 2000s.

Back by overwhelming demand, this decadent breakfast treat is made in-house and features buttery biscuits swirled with cinnamon and packed with juicy raisins. The Cinnamon ‘N’ Raisin Biscuit is currently available in single, two-pack, or four-pack options during breakfast hours at participating Hardee’s locations, and is here to stay through Feb. 17, 2026.

Hardee’s Releases a Cozy Grilled Cheese Lineup for Winter

While we’re thrilled about the return of the Cinnamon ‘N’ Raisin Biscuits, that’s not all Hardee’s has in store. What’s soup season without a grilled cheese sandwich? Just in time for winter, Hardee’s is adding the classic, cozy sandwiches to the menu for a limited time, but with a modern twist.

Now through February, guests can enjoy the Hardee’s Grilled Cheese two ways: as a breakfast sandwich or as a burger. The Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich combines two types of melty cheese with your choice of sausage or bacon, finished with a fried egg for a warm and balanced start to your day. Or, swap out your standard sammy with the Grilled Cheese Bacon Burger, which is built atop an Angus Beef patty. Both sandwiches feature toasted sourdough layered with melted American and Swiss cheese, making the ultimate gooey cheese pull and nostalgic comfort food experience.

Hardee’s Has a New Holly Jolly Sparkle Beverage

If the return of three fan-favorites isn’t enough, Hardee’s is completing the festive celebration with a brand-new beverage. The chain’s new Holly Jolly Sparkle features Sprite with real cranberry and lime for a bubbly burst of festive flavor that’s sweet, tart, and reminiscent of the winter holidays. Not only is it a deliciously refreshing holiday treat, it’s the ideal complement to the chain’s winter menu lineup. Personally, I can’t think of a better meal than a Breakfast Grilled Cheese, Cinnamon ‘N’ Raisin Biscuit, and a crispy Holly Jolly Sparkle to wash it all down the morning after a holiday party.
