This holiday-exclusive cookie is a crisp , buttery shortbread-like treat with a creamy, dark chocolate and almond filling. These seasonal treats make the perfect accompaniment to a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate—or try serving the cookies on a dessert platter and watch them disappear!
