The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has announced a recall on three Wawa products sold at the convenience store chain. The three products were produced by the Wawa Beverage Company in Media, Penn., and sold in Wawa locations across four states: Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
How To Identify the Recalled Wawa Products
A limited number (about 3,000 units) of the following beverages sold at Wawa have been recalled for potential foreign object contamination:
- 16-ounce plastic bottles of Wawa Strawberry Lemonade with UPC 007626191018982 and Code Date Nov. 7, 2025
- 16-ounce plastic bottles of Wawa Strawberry Milk, Lowfat Milk with UPC 00726191015134 and Code Date Oct. 6, 2025
- 16-ounce plastic bottles of Wawa HVD (Whole) Milk with UPC 00726191014403 and Code Date Oct. 9, 2025
No other Wawa products have been recalled at this time.
What To Do if You Have the Recalled Wawa Products
The FDA has not shared what exactly the recalled Wawa drinks may be contaminated with, just that the beverages may contain a foreign object. The recall has been classified as Class II, meaning that consuming the drinks “may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences.”
Therefore, if you have the products, you should not consume them. Instead, throw them away or return them to a Wawa store for a full refund.
