Key Takeaways

  • Starbucks’ 2025 holiday menu launches Nov. 6, featuring many returning seasonal drinks.
  • A second wave of holiday beverages will roll out later in the season, bringing back a long-missed favorite.

Starbucks fans generally fall into two categories. There are the ones who treat the coffee chain as part of their daily routine, know all the tricks to the Rewards Program, and tend to stick with their regular latte orders—that is, until the occasional new syrup launches.

And then there are the holiday drink loyalists. For this team, Starbucks doesn’t really exist until Pumpkin Spice Latte season officially kicks off (in August, no less). They’re not here for Protein Cold Foams or popping pearls. They’re here for the cozy, nostalgic winter drinks that have become staples of the holiday season.

Well, the time of year has officially arrived when both types of Starbucks fans find themselves standing in the same line. And this year’s holiday menu looks like it has something for both kinds of customers.

Starbucks Announces Its Holiday 2025 Menu

Holiday drinks are on their way back to Starbucks, officially hitting menus Nov. 6, and this year’s lineup is ready to bring all the holly-jolly flavor fans have been waiting for to the drive-thru.

Starbucks

Here’s a first look at the drink menu launching in November:

  • Peppermint Mocha: Featuring mocha sauce and peppermint syrup, finished with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls.
  • Caramel BrulĂ©e Latte: Featuring caramel brulĂ©e sauce, topped with caramel brulĂ©e bits.
  • Iced Sugar Cookie Latte: Featuring sugar cookie syrup, sprinkled with red and green topping.
  • Iced Gingerbread Chai: Featuring warm chai spices with Gingerbread Cream Cold Foam and a pumpkin spice dusting.

If this list feels familiar, that’s because it looks very similar to last year’s (even though 2024’s Iced Sugar Cookie Latte and Iced Gingerbread Chai were only offered in almond milk and oat milk variations).

But there is one major change coming in 2025.

When last year’s holiday menu dropped online, fans were quick to notice a glaring omission. “No Eggnog Latte?” one fan asked. “Why did they get rid of the Eggnog Latte? It was my Christmas treat for travel,” another shared with a teary emoji.

Honestly, we felt the disappointment, too. Eggnog season is short as it is, and whether you’re hunting it down at Costco before it sells out or whipping up a homemade batch, every sip feels like holiday magic. So yes—the Eggnog Latte was right at the top of our wish list.

Starbucks’ Eggnog Latte Returns

And now, that wish is finally coming true. Starbucks has confirmed a second wave of holiday drinks are arriving later this season, featuring both the Chestnut Praline Latte and, yes, the long-awaited Eggnog Latte.

  • Chestnut Praline Latte: Featuring caramelized chestnut flavor with holiday spices, topped with praline crumbs.
  • Eggnog Latte: Featuring steamed eggnog finished with a sprinkle of nutmeg—just like fans remember.

The holiday menu launches on Nov. 6, with the Eggnog Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte following a few weeks later. So, whether you’re the kind of fan who’s in the drive-thru every morning or the one who only shows up when snowman cake pops are in the window, this season’s lineup is one to raise your red cup to.
