October is here, and that means autumn is in full swing. We’re preheating ovens, dusting off our slow cookers, and stocking up on all of our favorite fall ingredients. Fall recipes are some of our favorites because we get to enjoy all the season’s best produce and flavors. Between game day dips, cozy desserts, and hearty casseroles, we eat good this time of year. And we get to enjoy some things we haven’t enjoyed in months, including the season’s MVP: soup.

To really get into the spirit of the season, we’re setting our tables with seasonal dinnerware and serveware to make every meal feel just a little more special. A mocktail, soda, or even  a glass of water served in a beautiful glass can elevate every sip. Beautiful plates can make a simple sheet pan dinner feel special. Even serving our food with beautiful utensils can help turn a ho-hum dinner into a bonafide family event.

This Dollar General find is the latest piece of dishware to join our collection. It’s a beautiful way to serve up soups, stews, dips, and more. Plus, it looks eerily similar to a much more expensive version from Williams Sonoma—but for a fraction of the cost.

Dollar General’s Harvest Pumpkin Soup Bowls

Dollar General’s beautiful Harvest Pumpkin Soup Bowls will make a festive addition to your next dinner party, or any time you want to make a weekday dinner something special. The ceramic dishes are available in classic orange, or a soft cream color.

The bottom half of the “pumpkin” is the bowl, and the top half and “stem” is a lid for the bowl. When not in use, they would make a darling addition to any seasonal decor motifs.

If this design looks familiar, it’s because many brands have versions of this seasonal bowl. Williams Sonoma sells a Staub bowl for $50 a piece—10 times the amount of the Dollar General version. Both designs feature a glossy finish, realistic stem shape, as well as handles for easy transport. The Williams Sonoma version is microwavable as well as oven, broiler, freezer, and dishwasher safe; however, the Dollar General version isn’t.

Like other seasonal finds at Dollar General, these won’t last long. So, head to your local DG ASAP if you want to snag these pretty pumpkins.
