1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. Place all ingredients in a small measuring cup or jar. Using a handheld milk frother, froth until thick, creamy, and increased to 1/2 cup in volume, about 1 minute.

  3. Pour cold brew into a glass filled with ice and top with desired amount of cold foam.

  4. Garnish with additional apple pie spice. Serve immediately.

    Cook’s Note

    For Serving with Cold Brew: Pour 8 ounces cold brew into a glass filled with ice. Top with 1/4 cup of cold foam. 

    For Serving with Mulled Cider: Pour 8 ounces hot mulled cider into a mug. Top with 1/4 cup of cold foam. 

    For Serving with a Latte: Combine 1 1/2 ounces espresso with 4 1/2 ounces hot milk. Top with 1/4 cup cold foam.
