I’ll be honest, I’m one of those people who gets sad to see the pumpkin spice latte back on menus and Halloween candy in stores before Labor Day weekend, but, show me a Christmas tree in October and suddenly I’m in a holly jolly mood.

Sure, for the right fall product, I’ll trade my bathing suit for a flannel—and, this year, those products were Chick-fil-A’s new pub-style pretzel bun chicken sandwich and Shake Shack’s French onion soup-inspired menu. But, at the first sniff of gingerbread and glimpse of sugar cookies, I’m ready to throw the jack-o’-lanterns out immediately.

And, trust me, when you see Chobani’s new holiday coffee creamer, you’ll feel the same way (even if you ride hard for Thanksgiving to be acknowledged).

This year, Chobani is releasing one of its most highly requested coffee creamer flavors—and it might not be what you’d expect for the holiday season. While many brands are going all in on peppermint mocha, gingerbread, eggnog, and hot cocoa flavors, Chobani is releasing an indulgent new flavor that has a festive flair, but can be enjoyed long after Santa heads back to the North Pole.

Chobani is releasing a new limited-edition Cookie Butter Creamer.

Chobani’s new dairy coffee creamer draws on the sweet, spiced flavors of cookie butter, which is made with speculoos cookie crumbs. The most common speculoos cookie is Lotus’ Biscoff cookie, which is frequently served on airplanes. The spiced shortbread cookie butter has become increasingly popular on social media, and Biscoff has formed partnerships with brands, such as McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme, for new desserts.

While Chobani didn’t team up with Lotus for an officially licensed Biscoff coffee creamer, its new holiday creamer has the same flavor profile.

The new limited-edition Cookie Butter Creamer offers the spiced flavors of a speculoos cookie, providing just the right amount of festive flair. And, with availability beginning as early as this month, it won’t feel too soon to make yourself a cookie butter latte in place of your PSL this September.

I tried Chobani’s new Cookie Butter Creamer earlier this summer, and I’ve been waiting with bated breath for the creamer to finally arrive in stores. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and spiced that worked wonderfully during “Christmas in July,” and I imagine it’ll be just as delicious in the actual winter holiday season, as well.

The new Chobani Cookie Butter Creamer is now rolling out to Target stores nationwide and will be available at additional retailers, including Sprouts, Meijer, Wegmans, and Harris Teeter, in October.

Seeing as fans have been asking Chobani for this creamer option for years, I’d imagine it will fly off shelves. And, with only a limited-time availability, you won’t want to miss out on this one.
